Frequently asked questions

How is billing handled?

Billing is PREPAID — one month in advance. The invoice is issued automatically on the 1st of the month, with payment due no later than the 10th. No activation fees.

What is included in the plan?

All plans include unlimited documents and users, IRMS client data import, a free accountant account (or option to send documents to your accountant), 24/7 support, free fiscalization setup, installation and training for the duration of the Agreement.

Is the fiscalization certificate included?

No — the fiscalization certificate issued by CoreIT is paid separately upon signing the Agreement. We provide the fiscalization process itself free of charge.

Can I change the plan during the contract?

Yes — you can upgrade anytime at no extra cost. Downgrades apply from the next monthly cycle.

What happens at end of contract?

The Agreement renews automatically on the same terms. 60 days before expiry we send a reminder and an offer for any changes.

Do the discounts apply to existing clients?

Discounts from 10% to 60% (depending on plan and term) are exclusive to new clients and valid for Agreements signed by 31.05.2026. at the latest. Existing clients have separate loyalty programs.

How long does setup take?

Typically 1–2 working days from signing. Initial configuration, IRMS client import and training are included.
