1. Acceptance

By using the eFaktura.me site ("Site") and services provided by Softing d.o.o., Nikšić ("Softing", "we"), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Service provider

Softing d.o.o., Vuka Mićunovića bb, 81400 Nikšić, Montenegro, Tax ID 02849658, VAT 40/31-02721-2, registered with CRPS Montenegro.

3. Content

The Site contains information about the eFaktura.me portal, plans, prices and contact details. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logo, design, icons, code — is owned by Softing d.o.o. or used with permission. Content may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without Softing's written permission.

5. Use of the contact form

  • You warrant that the entered data is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
  • You agree we may contact you to respond to your inquiry.
  • Unauthorized, offensive or spam messages are prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse inquiries that violate these terms.

6. Pricing and offers

Prices on the Site are informational and may change. The final price is set in the signed subscription agreement. Promotions (including the 60% new-client discount) apply only under the conditions stated in the promotion and within the defined period.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Softing is not liable for damages arising from Site unavailability, misinterpretation of Site information, or content of linked third-party sites.

8. Security and prohibitions

Prohibited:

  • Unauthorized access attempts.
  • Scanning, brute-force or DoS activity.
  • Exploiting security vulnerabilities (responsible disclosure to [email protected] is welcome).
  • Use of automated tools without permission.

All activity is logged and violations are reported to competent authorities.

9. Privacy

Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law

Montenegrin law applies. The court in Nikšić has subject-matter jurisdiction.
