2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone, tax ID (PIB), company, plan selection and message.
- Technical: IP address (kept up to 30 days), device/browser type, visit time, pages viewed.
- Cookies: only necessary ones (session, CSRF) without your consent. Analytics and live chat cookies only with explicit consent. Details in the Cookie Policy.
3. Why and on what legal basis
- Processing contact inquiries — legitimate interest and pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Site security (logs, rate-limit) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. With whom we share data
We do not sell or share data for marketing. We share only with:
- Softing employees working on sales and support.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, only with your consent, anonymized IP, EU-hosted.
- Crisp IM SAS (France) — only if you use live chat, with your consent.
- Competent authorities — only when required by law.
5. Retention
- Contact inquiries: 2 years from last correspondence, then deleted.
- Access logs: 30 days.
- Form logs: 12 months, then deleted.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and Montenegrin law you have the right to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Montenegro.

7. Security
Our site and systems are protected in line with the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate (number 1710MNE1072IS). Every request is logged and audited. Passwords and access tokens are stored encrypted. Backups follow the 3-2-1 rule.
